First, double check that you’re connected to our network. Sometimes distance from your access point can weaken the signal that might be the culprit. Make sure you are nearby the router with an up-to-date device.

Take a peek at the equipment we installed. Is it powered on with lights showing? If yes, go ahead and submit a ticket at 8thfirecommunications.com so we can check things out. If not, check the power source the equipment is attached to and verify it is plugged in or has a working outlet.

Give our tech support a call or send in a ticket explaining what’s going on. This is usually a quick fix. Chances are your messages are being saved safely in our cloud system.

Some devices play nicer when the 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals from your router are separated. Send us a ticket and we’ll help sort it out. If it’s our equipment, we can often adjust things remotely.
